This year has seen some exciting new products launches by LCJ Capteurs:
- the CanBus junction box, already introduced at METS 2012, allows users to interface a CV7 wind sensor to any instrument system compatible with NMEA 2000 protocol. This device offers an embedded barometric sensor adding more information to the system through a barometer function page..
- the CV7-RM: a rotating mast option available on the CanBus junction box. With this option the CanBus junction box features an input for reading the signal from a rotating mast sensor.
This allows using any instrument system of your choice to be fitted on a
sailboat with rotating mast. Simply plug your instrument system to the LCJ Capteurs CanBus interface connected to the mast head unit and a rotating mast sensor: the wind direction is automatically corrected from the mast angle!
- the CV7SF-USB: Wireless Ultrasonic Wind Sensor with USB Interface.
This sensor is powered by its own solar panel and the receiver is
powered by the USB port where it is plug to transmit the wind data to
the PC. It emulates a virtual com port that can be used by any
navigation or weather station software for use on a boat or on land:
harbour master or marina's office, sailing club-house, office building,
or at home! This latest product from LCJ Capteurs is now launched and it will be introduced to the trade at METS on the LCJ Capteurs stand 4.217
